“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”

About Me:

I am a therapist with a Master of Social Work from the University of Calgary. I am passionate about accompanying people in their healing journeys and creating spaces where they feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to offer a safe, collaborative, and client-centred environment that empowers individuals to explore challenges, discover strengths, and move toward meaningful change.

Before completing my graduate studies, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick (2017), followed by a Bachelor of Social Work from Dalhousie University (2020). These experiences deepened my understanding of individual and collective wellbeing and inspired my commitment to integrating compassion with evidence-based approaches in clinical practice.

My career in social work has given me the privilege of working with individuals and families through diverse and often complex circumstances. These experiences have taught me the value of adaptability, empathy, and genuine connection, which I carry into a holistic practice grounded in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches. I am also committed to ongoing learning and continue to expand my clinical skillset through exploring various therapeutic modalities to best meet the needs of those I support.

Why Clients Work with Me:

I balance empathy with structure, helping clients navigate challenges at their own pace while identifying strengths and strategies for meaningful change.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling to new places, spending quality time with loved ones, getting lost in a good book, spending a Sunday afternoon on the golf course, and cuddling with my dog; moments that keep me grounded and bring balance to my life.
