Why Clients Work with Me:
I believe in person-centred care and the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance, striving to create a gentle, compassionate, and collaborative environment to support clients in meeting their therapeutic goals.
Making the decision to begin therapy can be overwhelming. Clients have shared that my relaxed and calm approach has helped them to feel grounded and safe in what can be a vulnerable time.
Things I like to do in my spare time:
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family—whether we’re exploring local beaches and trails, playing with our cats, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
