Rising Tides Counselling and The Cove Healing are partnering once again to offer a one-day wellness retreat!
At the Nurtured by Nature retreat, you will be guided through a day of yoga, meditation, forest bathing, intention-setting, and creative expression to help you relax, reset, and reconnect.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all participants, as well as any necessary materials.
