Therapy is one part of healing, but it’s not the only one. We also work with community members and partners to offer complimentary services that will benefit you as you navigate your healing process. Feeling connected while nurturing your mind, body and spirit is an essential part of your trauma recovery. Our goal as a Healing Centre is to not only support individual healing, but to create a space where people can share connections and grow together as a community.
We offer a number of yoga classes to help you connect body, mind, and spirit. Build strength, strengthen your immune system, decompress, reset, and release stress and anxiety with yoga. All classes are suitable for beginners or more advanced yogis and all levels of ability. Yoga classes can be adapted to meet your individual needs.
Classes are currently held on Tuesday mornings from 10:30-11:30am and Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:00pm. Drop in rates are $12 or you can purchase a 10 class pass for $100. Meditation classes are held on Monday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm. Contact us (link https://risingtidesnb.com/get-in-touch/) to book a class.
