Licensed Counselling Therapist (C), Saint John, NB

Pronouns: she/her

“Everything you did to survive was a success story. Healing is about updating the story, not erasing it.”

About Me:

As a therapist, I specialize in trauma with a focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can show up just as you are (I’m likely wearing my slippers). Healing takes time, and I believe in moving at your own pace. Our work together is collaborative, centred around your needs, your goals, and your voice. You’re the expert on your experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you throughout the healing process.

Why Clients Work With Me:

Clients choose to work with me because I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where they feel genuinely heard and supported. I specialize in trauma, so I understand how overwhelming and isolating those experiences can be, and I meet people exactly where they’re at—no pressure, no rushing. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe, building trust and slowly unpacking the things that have felt too heavy to carry alone. People often tell me they appreciate my warm, grounded presence, my honesty, and the way I help them feel like healing is actually possible.

Things I like to do in my spare time:

Outside of the office, you can find me sipping iced coffee while hiking trails, watching a hockey game, and playing board games (with my cat knocking over pieces).
