Why Clients Work with Me:

I would describe my therapy sessions as flexible, creative, empathetic, and collaborative. I believe in meeting people where they are and strive to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner world with curiosity. I offer an eclectic blend of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to develop a treatment plan that feels as unique as you are. Art is always an option but never a requirement, and you don’t have to consider yourself an “artist” to have a meaningful experience here!

Things I like to do in my spare time:

I tend to dabble in a little bit of everything. I enjoy spending time outdoors, particularly through camping, hiking, or spending time on the water. I also love travelling, cooking, live music, and making art using whatever materials speak to me in the moment.
