Our therapists enjoy administrative support, clinical consultation, opportunities for collaboration, and the flexibility to build a practice that reflects their interests and strengths. While every therapist works independently, no one works alone.
Yes. We believe in investing in the next generation of therapists. We intentionally mentor one counselling student at a time so they receive meaningful supervision, mentorship, and support as they begin their clinical careers.
We’re always interested in connecting with compassionate, collaborative therapists who are committed to providing evidence-informed care. Most of our team consists of Registered Social Workers and Licensed Counselling Therapists. A master’s degree is strongly preferred, along with specialized training or a genuine interest in evidence-based trauma therapies.
Beyond credentials, we’re looking for therapists who value collaboration, lifelong learning, and supporting one another as much as they support their clients. If you’re passionate about trauma-informed care and think you might be a good fit for the Rising Tides team, we’d love to hear from you.
While our team genuinely enjoys being together as a group, we would love to also hear from therapists who are interested in building a virtual practice. We offer peer consultation and team update meetings by Zoom to make sure everyone can be included.
Therapists who enjoy working in a group practice often value collaboration, connection, and the opportunity to learn alongside peers. While maintaining the independence of private practice, a supportive team environment can reduce professional isolation and create opportunities for consultation, mentorship, and shared learning.
At Rising Tides, many of the administrative systems, marketing, and clinical processes are already in place, allowing you to spend more time doing what you do best – supporting your clients.
